Diplomas will be mailed 4-6 weeks after degrees are conferred by Fairfield University. Parchment is the official provider of diplomas for Fairfield University.
Please note that soon after degrees are conferred, students will receive an email from Parchment asking them to confirm the mailing address for their paper diploma.
Alumni who need to order a duplicate paper diploma can place an order directly with Parchment.
Order Duplicate DiplomaAlumni with academic years 2019-2023, who already purchased a CeDiploma, can contact registrar@fairfield.edu if there are questions or issues with their e-diplomas.
Alumni with academic years 2024-on can purchase an e-diploma via Parchment, which is the official provider of e-diplomas for Fairfield University.
Please note that Parchment will email graduating students instructions on how to access their e-diplomas to share with family, friends, and employers.
Order E-DiplomaStudents and alumni may download and print their enrollment verification letter from the Myhub portal. Myhub is a free, secure, and portable online application provided by the National Student Clearinghouse. It provides students with access to their verified education records from all colleges and universities participating in Myhub and more.
If a student has a specific form that needs to be filled out (i.e. for insurance), it can be dropped off or faxed to the Office of the Registrar.
